3pm        Stop and Grow: How Transit Stops Spur Economic Development

Marilee Utter, President of Citiventure Associates and leader with the Urban Land Institute will present best practices on transit stations and transit oriented development and lead a follow-up discussion

Ride the Bus: The Airport is accessible using PSTA’s Route 300X and HART’s Routes 30, 32, 35, 60LX, and 275LX

Parking: Park in Tampa International Airport’s Short Term Parking Garage and bring your ticket into the event to be

validated; the Marriott is accessible on the third floor between the red elevators
